Help!! Error UCS-5004

It wont let me register... I've been going at this thing for 3 days now...

It went from the UCS-60257 error code where it says the CC information was invalid and the server was busy to this where its just busy now...

Three days of trying to get it to work and with no luck...

Is my credit card just not working?
Is there a way that they can do it manually?
Am I just going insane???

What game are you trying to register? FFXI, or FFXIV?

They have changed the payment method as well, but I do not know how they changed it.
