Registration emails are often blocked by spam filters, so you might check your junk mail folder to see if it was delivered there or temporarily disable that feature to make sure the email gets through.

That and I noticed with aim that it sometimes doesnt show up right away so you might just want to try either sending it again or wait a couple hours. Thats what I had to do anyway...
