...if you don't know your PlayOnline ID/Password?
Is the password the same one you use to log in and play the game? If so then I'm confused, because I have my ID written down and entered the password I've been using but it didn't work.
(Please assist.)

Okay I figured out that I have to use a different password that was assigned to me, which I assume had been sent to me through email, but since I needed to reactivate my email account as well all previous messages have been lost. So would I have to contact customer support to get my password again?
