I havn't played FFXI in around a year and a half and i've recently been told of the password changes that POL did. Question is, my old PW was 4 characters long, and it is no longer that PW. Other than talking to FFXI peoples through online or phone ( b/c they don't work during the weekends ), how else could I obtain my password? I don't think it's possible before Monday, but if anyone knows a way, i'd like to know.

Sorry. I think you might be SOL. As far as I know there's no automated system for changing POL passwords if you've long since forgotten them. Think you're gonna have to tough it out till Monday.

Ya, seems so, me and 2 other friends just decided to start playing again since we couldn't stand F2P MMOs, they both had long enough passwords so they weren't changed when the new password policies were instituted. Thanks for the response Ameroth.Comment
