I dont quite understand the whole bank thing.
If i put money in the bank it says its safe and 0gil show up next to my name
did i lose it or what?
please reply.

the bank stores your forum gil and earns you interest every day. it also keeps it safe from people who try to steal your gil.

there is a known issue with the refresh of the gil balance between bank and in-pocket. this usually corrects itself in a couple of minutes so no, you didn't loose your gil.
