Email from this site driving me nuts

Help, I can't find the option to not subscribe to every topic I post in. All the emails are driving me nuts. Is there any way to stop it?

my settings (at the top)... edit options... default thread subscrption... do not subscirbe

should do the trick

You know you can keep your subscriptions but just disable the e-mail notification, too. That's what I do.
