Error 1361

hi all i dont know if this is the right spot to post.

i need some help i just got ff11 today and i have a beta char when i go to transfer i put my ID and PASSWORD in then i click on login then i get an error page (communication error
POL-1361) can any1 help thx.

many people are having this problem. including myself.

think they are working on fixing it. i had the game on thursday and still havent played it yet.

does it come up when you put your date of birth in
