I cant log into the game it says my account is suspend at my request or for some other reason, but i recied no email about it, it just started happening friday and i made my credit card payments so does anyone know whats wrong here?

sometimes POL gets screw and messes up billing. try just reacting the content ids.

One of several things might've happened. If you still are not able to get into your account and have not received notification through your POL email (You're able to access your POL at least, right?) then you need to call them at their toll-free support (888) number.

• Someone reported you to a GM about something (false accusations?) It might've been done at the moment you logged out, so that the GM was unable to contact you. In any case, I'm not sure a GM can suspend you without notification, but if there is enough cause or justification (including log review of any chat conversations) then that might be enough for SE's GM to banish you -- at least temporarily.
• Your payment was not received. This could be due to the following reasons:
  • You have exceeded the maximum balance on your credit card that is on file with SE.
  • You were issued a new credit card with a new account number and forgot to contact SE to make these changes (or make these changes to your account by yourself)
  • Your bank has put a stop on all charges to your credit card account for some reason or another -- check with your bank if you're not sure of this.
  • For some reason, your bank has failed to send payment to SE. Again, check your bank to make sure that all charges were handled in good faith by your bank.
• There was some technical issues in the system that is now preventing you from logging in. However, this will not be limited to just you, as any technical problem within the server side will adversely affect all other users.

I'm willing to bet it's a payment issue. Somehow, someway, SE figured your credit wasn't good enough and have elected to eject you out of their "good standings" list of players. Might want to give SE a buzz and if your concerns can't be addressed by them, contact your credit card company (bank) and have them look into it.

If they are having problems reciving payment i think they cut your access to pol, atleast that what they are doing to me atm >.<, i got to get my dad to check the bank though and see whats wrong.

They don't cut your acces to POL. I had gotten a new card awhile back so the expiration dates didn't match with what I had registered with s-e. They just cancel your Content ID.

You do know that POL is a free service, right? It is FFXI you're getting charged for, not POL.

I know its free but you need a valid credit card, and when they say that they probably meen that they can withdraw funds if they needed to. This is what it says when i try to log in

"Warning!!
Your account is closed due to declined authorization on your card and unpaid fees. You can reactivate your account by paying these fees with a valid card. Proceed and pay fees now? (LM-21)

Yeah, another weird thing, is that if you get banned from FFXI, they close your POL account altogether =(.

That's weird. I was able to log in to POL w/o a credit card. For the longest time, on my PS2, I had FFXI installed, but no accounts created (I played strictly on PC since NA retail and only created an account on the PS2 a whole year later) I was also able to log into a friend's account and I know for a fact her credit card expired (she got new numbers too) I was even able to get to the screen where you can add or reactivate content IDs (FFXI screen)

That must mean that they not only ban your FFXI registration code, but also any other registration codes attached to the POL account. In other words:

POL ID
--> Final Fantasy XI
--> Final Fantasy XI: Rise of the Zilart
--> Final Fantasy XI: Chains of Promathia
--> Tetra Master
--> Front Mission Online
--> Fantasy Earth

Here's a fictional scenario where someone could get banned in FFXI, then his POL ID is banned (It's tied together) but then it goes further (since everything is useless now with a banned POL ID) and bans every other code.

Wow, that's major harsh right there.
