Incorrect ID or password

Hi everybody

(Sorry if i'm not in the good place for my request )

I buy final fantasy XI last friday and i install it yesterday morning during the moment where there was a problem with playonline (i didn't knew it at this moment). I have no problem when i create my account and i have written my login and pass.

So i try to connect to playonline viewer and i get error pol-0011... After a visit on playonline site i understand that there was a problem with us.

I wait until the resolution and try again to connect --> Incorrect ID or password.

I'm sure of those two. I try to register again beacause i thought that my account was deleted but my registration code is no longer valid...

I don't know what to do because support doesn't work during the weekend.
Where can i get some help ? Can playonline send me my login info ?

before u call the s-e's support, double check ur id and password and see if it's possible that u entered them wrong. remember, POL password is case-sensitive.

if it still doesn't work, i suggest u to call support on Monday. s-e is the only one who has the login info; nobody else can help u w/ that. make sure to have all ur info handy; ur credit card #, registration codes, etc, so they can better help u. and it's unlikely that they'd just e-mail the login info to u. u will have to talk to them and convince them that u r indeed the owner of the acct.

Yeah, something like this happened to my friend. He had to get a new PS2, so he had to re-install everything. The sad thing was, that he lost all his account info, so he called SE and they gave him all his info on a "one-time-only acception".
