can't remember my POL ID :(

I haven't used my POL ID (since I've been auto-login), and recently, due to a hard disc accident, I had to reformat my whole computer and FFXI along with it.... Now the trouble comes, as I cannot find a way to get my POL ID back...

The only thing I have is the POL, FFXI reg codes, but they don't seem to do anything for me as of now... Does anyone know how I can get my ID back? Thanks

You'll have to call their support line or do the live-chat thing to get it back. Just have every bit of info on you for it... Reg. codes, Credit Card no., Address, and stuff like that. They'll need it all to help you.

(Just retrieved my ID! They're very nice about it and the process is really simple, for all those who may need to phone in the future.)
