how do i stop reply emails

everytime someone posts in a thread that i have posted in, i get an email to notify me. How do i turn off this feature, its starting to get really annoying lol

Assuming you never need to use your e-mail address for this site, just go to your profile and change your e-mail to something like saudiusdsahdjasdashydasd@aol.com.

in the user control panel, under "Edit Options," turn "Default Subscription Mode" to "No email notification" or "Do not subscribe."

and in your Settings > User Control Panel, click on Unsubscribe on those already running.
