it was a long time ago the last time than i play to FFXI, and i don't remember my ID and password .. how could i do, i have my game, and th emoney is picked all month .. please help me :D

call POL. they'll ask for some information to verify you are the correct account holder (address, CC#, etc) and then they can reset your password.
