A couple of times recently I noticed when I wanted to link someone to Wikipedia and attach the link to my words, the words in question would just disappear and I would be left with nothing more than a parsed link that replaced all my words for no apparent good reason other than to place a "w" right next to my replaced words.

This is annoying. Somebody please fix it.
