Ummm .... there was a reason I posted this!

Take a look at the Beastmaster forum - the Beast Anthologies - http://www.ffxionline.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=395 (that's its current URL). Its a huge linked set of pages that chronicle all of the beast levelling camps, and is a work in progress by a couple of people recreating it from the original Allah posts. "just need to correct the links" just became a huge undertaking for someone!!!

The index page is now completely redundant until the OP goes back and fixes over 130 links in the first post alone, hunting through the entire forum to find each one.

Is there any way to automate this?

don't change the LINKS!!!!!! IT WILL COME BACK!!! I havn't added the previous SEO functions!!!!

I assume this means gil, titles, etc are all being reintroduced as the upgrade is completed?

Links are back in action!

Oh. all the gil data and rpg data etc is saved, so it'll all get back asap. Give me some time to update as only weekends allow me full time updates, weekdays, i only have few hours a day.

Try going into control panel. You could change it for free last night, I haven't checked it today.

Since you are doing all these updates, you should really make the forums more organized.

I heavily suggest the following.

Turn FAQ into a sub-forum of FFXI Discussion

Make one craft forum for all "leveled" crafts

Make another craft forum for HELM, Chocobo Digging, Gardening, and Chocobo Raising.

Combine PvP, Items, Missions, Quests, World Area, Party/Tactics simply into "Event and Tactics" or something similar.

Combine Screenshots, Fanart, and Video, I guess make a lot of use of "sub-forums"

Personally I don't care about the "Off-Topic" section.

With this you'd have a lot better looking forum and less clumsy. As is, it has many barely used forums with under 15 threads total.

Also, is that little "Last post/new user/ect" coming back?

Personally, I just hope it's building interest right now, since I had 180k in it. Losing 4-5 days of interest is enough to get me to 200k
