Changing notifiation of thread.

Hi. Does anybody know if there is a way to change thread notification.
I kept it on email and I had around 100 to erase.

I tried a search but it cutoff at 500 results since it's a common word in every post.

My Settings (at the top)->Edit Options->Default Thread Subscription Mode (or something like that, middle of the page)->Do noy subscribe.

Choose My Settings->Subscribed Threads in the menu. (direct link).

The page lists subscribed threads. Here can notification be changed and subscriptions deleted.
