Change Custom Title -- Not allowed anymore?

I finally saved up enough gil for a custom title(its in the bank, so hands off to all you fellow thieves ;p yes i'm a coward). Now only to find out the link has been taken away to buy that item!! What's up with that? Will it ever be put back? Is it a seasonal offer? I demand answers!

edit: Wow nevermind lol. Apparantly there was a delay bug in the bank, so it wouldnt let me spend my gil yet even though I had withdrawn it. Now it appears to be working. LOL!! Where's the delete thread button?! I demand answers!!
