I always get the message no lottery tickets availible

Also any new gil methods out now?? I read in another post that got closed, that you would make other/new means to get gil besides writing in the forum. It really would be great if you could implement some feature where after you win a monster battle the system would /random 0-100 if 0-94 e.g 10 gil gained from battle and if 95-100 you could get an item ^^.
