reputation, potential for abuse

PiNG, I never got around to playing with the reputation feature on the dev board (actually didn't even know what that icon was), but after seeing the whole karma thing on alla, I'm not sure it's such a good idea. you'll get karma/reputation trolls coming out of the woodwork just to screw around with people.
