Why not make a whine/rant forum so people can let our their anger/frustration about stuff that happened in real life or even in-game? It can be something trivial like a slow torrent or being sick that you have to stay home but too sick to play, or it can range to something important such as complaints about politicians or companies or to some FFXI server problem with certain players. Of course, mods will have to watch out for flames and stupid posts, but that's already a given with the rest of the forum sections.
