Maybe we could just forget about the whole thing. Nobody would benefit from it, and it would encourage spamming. Also, these anti-spam methods that are being mentioned wouldn't work. Some people post three times a minute and don't spam at all.

Well....I dunno I'm fresh outta ideas...but I don't see too much spam if any in these forums anyway spam isn't such a big deal here.

They already can cast spells on spammers [and anyone else for that matter..] It's called 'ban'
EDIT: Though a Karma system might be nice; lower the karma more you have to wait before you post again. Also, when karma is lower, it's lowered by more than if it were lowered while it was high. SPAM = Bad Karma = No more spam
You can only really achieve the high ranks there if you're useful.Ramuh-

The current system is fine. How can you differentiate useful posts and spam? You can't, without doing it manually.Comment
