Occassionally while browsing these boards I will suddenly recieve this message, and no longer have access to the boards. It seems to happen randomly.

If I wait an hour or two I will usually re-gain access to the boards again, but I find it strange that my IP address would randomly get banned while browsing and then be un-banned later automatically.

Is this a problem with the boards or am I doing something that's causing the boards to ban my IP address? It typically happens while opening a new thread, or pressing the back button in my web browser.

Also, the e-mail address for the webmaster provided in the message bounces my e-mails back so I haven't been able to contact anyone about it.

I looked into your problem and no IP's come across the master IP banned list. Next time you get the problem, head to www.whatismyip.com and PM that to me, don't post it for security reasons.
