Macro Help

Hello i want to ask the developers to make a Macro Help Section , so that players like me that has not much expirience with computers get to know how to make a Macro, i have got some help from other players and now have 2 macros that work good, I have a Warrior lvl 16 elven.

I will love to get some help in building macros cause i don't understand them at all can some one help me please.
