And secondly, basically, be a good user, help other users out a lot, stand out in a very good way, do not include yourself in flame wars (No, doesn't matter who started it) and be at the right place, right time basically. We recently got more mods, so we aren't looking for any right now. When we do, its not a apply basics, its another way, basically all the mods and administrators get together (or as many as we can) and dediced who will is worthy of such a postition, we vote and we see hehe.
