i forgot who said it, but one person posted about restricting access to guests. since the site sometimes says that the server is busy, im guessing a lot of guests are on, slowing down the site. i would suggest you have a priority on who can connect to the server (display that server busy page on guests who have been chosen to reduce the guest viewing). it may sound a bit indifferent, but registered viewers should be first priority, since we are most likely to visit serveral times more than non-registered viewers.

It would seem like a good idea, and I brought it up to the FFXIOnline Staff, however they had good counterpoints. The strongest, I will list. Before you sign up for something you like to browse around, get to know what your signing up for. This is exalty what the case is with the guests, so we chose not to use this.
