Observations about the new site...

Sorry, I couldn't find anywhere appropriate to ask/post to:

Is it me or is the new server *really* slow? It tends to take anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute to load every page.

Is it a DNS problem, or is the new server lacking memory or do we know what the cause of this is?

Just curious and keep up all the good work!

Wrong thread. Also, the website can't be slow than before, not possible. And we are working on it.

The website has been generally faster than before. Is it still slow? Probably. Slower than before? No.

We have completed the hardware upgrade, but we are still working on the software upgrade. Please be patient as we have to do any upgrades VERY carefully. Any incorrect upgrades or errors in upgrades due to hasty action could result in data loss, and we do not want that.

We appreciate you patients and understanding in this matter, but you have our assurances that the Administration team does care about the well being of the server and are working continuously to have this issue resolved. Thank you.

Hey with the new server I have been getting the message "This server is too busy at the moment. Try again later" all the time. I can't even access the site the majority of the time. Why has this been happening?
