it's rather because of this forum; the way this forum handles the 2-byte characters (in this case Japanese letters) isn't in a right way and that results in some of the characters getting corrupted. they r corrupted even in Japanese Windows, and it's not a fault on ur side.

try eLeMeN as they have the complete list of job traits/abilities w/ both English and Japanese names;

and of course, their list doesn't contain corrupted characters.
