ffxiv has got me jonesin' so i'm coming back

Hey guys I used to play on Fenrir server as a 75DRK/75SAM on a character named Kareski. I'm currently deployed in iraq and got bored at work and started watching FFXIV videos; well ffxiv has made me decide to come back to ffxi. Since I haven't played in a long ass time my account was deleted due to inactivity and I'll be forced to make a new account. So basically what I'm asking is which server should i make a new character on, and who if anyone would be willing to hook me up with a nice social ls with people possibly leveling lower level characters; and possibly just starting or are not too far into CoP and ZM so i could join them for some of the missions .....

Well, I'm on remora, but honestly I'll warn you away. It's at times a small server, with way too many end game ls's trying to run at the same time. Rather annoying having 4 new Dynamis ls's trying to pug their way to snow. Everything is over priced here, though it has gotten better.
Anyways, welcome to come nag me on scarlet if you want. But there's plenty of servers out there.
If you go Odin, I have friends there that could at least be friendly over there.

Okay I went to the post exchange today when I went to eat dinner anddddd LOW AND BEHOLD they actually just stocked ffxi ultimate; so I bought it. I'll most likely just flip a damn coin tonight to figure out which server I'll hop on if I can't get bahamut.

Im on asura. usually about 1,600 on with peaks at 2,300. Economy is decent, and its not hard to get a group.

Yeaaaaa... I tried to play last night but the internet here in iraq is so fucking slow I fell asleep while I was updating the viewer lol. So I'll try and finish patching tonight(doubtfull) and then I'll hop on asura.
