Does it occur to you that asking people for things and then insulting them isn't the most productive thing you could do?

Joining a specific server is as simple as picking the server when you create your character. If you've played the game before, then all it should require is getting new content IDs and activating a subscription, even if you're not interested in reviving your old character.

they dont reactive more than a year old account do they?
i dont even know if the credit card still exists

I think SE can only reactivate up to a year after the account is closed. You've said nothing about trying to reactivate your old account until now. Icemage is saying if you are not concerned about getting your old character back and are more concerned about getting on a server, just start over. You just need to get new content IDs and activate a subscription and jump on the server you wanna be on. Is there any real reason why you need a buddy pass so badly anyways?
