Looking for an EU friendly server / World Passes

Is there any particular server with a higher EU population than the others, or should I just close my eyes and pick randomly?

More to the point, can you now pick which server you join on creation or is it still randomised until you get someone to buy you a world pass card thing?

Any server with a good low level population is good too, as i'm not restricted to playing in EU hours.

You can choose your server now. As far as a large EU population, try shooting for one of the larger servers. I would think that would be your best bet.
