What server for a UK player to play on ??

As the title suggest.


Based in UK, which server has most active European / Uk players or are they all ??



Just patching now. Played all PS2 versions of this game and love it.

Had enough of EQ2 , SWG and WoW.

SO should played this game along time ago.



Looking forward to any response / finger pointing in right direction

Dont know does it has the most number of UK players inside and no i am not from UK

Almost every attempt for players to band onto one server has eventually failed.

So really I doubt there's any server that has had a concentrate.

Given that, I suggest one of the more newer servers which might contain more Europeans due to the date of it, but it would be pretty minor most likely.

Does it matter?? I have mates from UK and the states so far on Alexander... I think it's nice to be all mixed together...adds to the adventure I think

It matters when you try to accomplish anything that requires more than six people on non US primetime. Try raiding Sky or Dynamis between 5pm-12pm GMT or finding the people to take down Fafnir or any of the ground HNM. The mere fact this post has such a limited number of replies screams out that S-E have failed miserably in providing help for Euro players on a JP/NA dominated game.

wow , you sound upset :S I must be lucky to be on a server with a good cross section of people then... There are always plenty of people around when I play it seems. I don't put in the amount of hours you seem to perhaps

More disappointed than upset. It's extremely frustrating to hit 75 and your game to essentially grind to a halt and gear upgrades vanish due to an inability to be able to raid the content that drops anything. Most Dynamis runs on Fenrir begin at 1-2am in the morning for us or the odd HK one during the day while I'm at work. Forget ever attending a JP Dynamis. The same goes for Sky runs, they may happen once or twice on a weekend but what's the point in being in a DKP based or attendance based LS when you can't attend 90% of the events.

I see people who are recognised server wide as idiots walking around in full adaman equipped with Ridill's and having osodes sat in their bazaars at 99.99 mil collecting dust. Hell, even the gil-sellers on Fenrir are starting to obtain osodes, haidate, etc. S-E in their laziness refused to introduce region specific servers for people who wanted the choice, instead they threw us all together. While this might have worked for the NA release due to the sheer volume of players it really knee-capped the Euro contingent. It's the one thing that will make me quit this game. I'm just getting more and more tired of having to stay up till 3 or 4 am on weekends to get anything done or party invites not materialising till 10pm at night because prior to that I'm met with "JP onry".

Yep I see where you're coming from. I have four characters and don't play till late anyway after I've finished other stuff, sorted my kids etc. For a serious gamer like yourself I there does appear to be an issue then.
And obviously starting again is off the agenda.
I like the social element as much as the gameplay side, I am new to it too. So altogether different expectations I spose. Like I said, my friends are for the most part from the UK, lucky for me at this present time.
Maybe you can find out which server has more euro players through a thread on here.
At the end of the day it's a game, and if it no longer is fun then maybe it is time to stop ?
I hope you find a solution anyway. leisure time is precious afterall, shame to be disappointed when doing something that should be just for fun and relaxation.

Well I know it's a month late but I've got a pretty active British LS on Ragnarok and have plenty of english/european friends who aren't in it.
