Need a worldpass. Not sure where.

Heya. I used to play FFXI, but I left for personal reasons. Now I'm thinking of starting back up. The only problem is, I dont know what server I want to play on. The person that was the source of the personal problems was on Garuda, my old server. I dont want to go back to that server. So I'm looking for a new one.
I'm looking for one that has a good amount of english speaking players, since I know VERY little japanese. I know I could use the translator, but unless they did a major overhaul, it's a bit inconvenient for constant use.
I'm willing to pay back the price of the worldpass if necessary. It wont be right away, but as soon as I'm able to spare the gil I will pay you back.

Hello, i am recently thinking of comming back with a friend of mine as well, i am wondering also which is a good server with a fair bit of english speackin people, i played on pand before but got bored due to lack of players and lack of english speaking people. i have nothing agnest other people just would like a more english speakin baised world with fairly good population ... i always end up on dead servers in massive online games =(( so any advice on server selection would be helpfull -
