Tatenashi Armor spotted in Sauromugue Champaign...what is it??

I was heading to labyrinth of onzozo, and then while passing through Sauromugue Champaign, I spotted what I thought was another player, but it was a Mob! It looked like a hume wearing full samurai relic (af2) gear, and it was called Tatenashi Armor. It was impossible to gauge, so it looked like it was an NM, but one of my friends told me in game it's not an NM, it has to do with an event or something. Anyone know what this is about? i tried searching for it on allakhazam too, and came up with nothing. Wish I got off a screenshot ><
