Server Shift?

If you recall, back to days of the NA release in October or so, with the influx of new players, SE created new servers from an original 8 to a whopping 30 servers.
Now, considering that the CoP/EU influx of players will be simultaneously occurring, is it a reasonable assumption to say that there will be another mass server shift or will the new players have to make room for themselves within the servers already standing?

8 came out at the start, gradually there became more, it wasn't a sudden jump. considering the content of CoP, stating new low-level areas, I'm guessing they're trying to space out jeuno. since dragonaery isn't the most populated area on every server, likely just this update alone will be enough to space out the load and make room for hunting. Each "world" is made up of many servers which can be expanded, so I believe stress on the hardware isn't really so much of an issue as is the crowded....ness (damn grammar) of locations for players.

Might as well go and make a new forum for these worlds so you don't get 1000 "Whose on Remora" threads. Well you will probably get them but it will help and it would be nice for us intelligent people who would actually use it.
