How do I get access to Moon?

I just got my Sky access by completing Jiraad M12. How do I get Moon? What exactly is this? Sorry if I sound noobish and thanks for any info. Link would be great also, especially Japanese.

月門 = Moongate, and there are 2 of them in Ro'Maeve, in both the NE and NW side of the map, and to get the Moongate pass, key item, you have to go behind either of the Moongates and look for a ???, simple as that, however, you can only go pass the Moongates during full moons or if someone else who has the pass opens it for you. The ??? disappears when one person touch it, so try not to organise a big trip to get a Moongate pass for everyone.

its not 3 seconds, and it seems sometimes more than one person can touch it at one spot before it moves, but most of the time it moves after one person touches it. This is kind of a pain because you must run around looking for it, using silent oils the whole way. And if its not on the first side you try, have to run to the other side of Ro'maeve and check behind the other moongate. The ??? will be in one of those little rooms, and bring a couple of invis powders for the golems.

I assume that Moon key or pass opens the Moon Gate, which normally opens only during the full moon. Besides Ro'maeve, are there other areas with Moon Gate? I see the Japanese have Sky O Moon O all the time in their search comment. Can I please just get a clear answer? If Moon thing only applies to Ro'maeve, I will just wait til the next time I need to go to the sky.

空 is Tulia access, 月門 is Moon gate access in Ro'maeve. In other words you're saying you did long/annoying stuff so you can get to annoying areas to fight annoying enemies.

the moongate just sections off two areas in Romaeve, it doesn't actually lead anywhere. the reason you have moongate acess is because you can level there off of weapons and golems at 70+. there's nothing special back there and it doesn't go anywhere.
reason people put 空　and 月〇　　just means you have acess to tulia or a moongate pass to go leveling in those areas. I thought the moongate sounded like some cool place, but its just more of romaeve XD
