basically, we all know that 戦闘�能 status means dead... in this pic i seem to have dispelled the dead status of a bone mob with added effect...

I tried casting dark magic on it but it was still immune. Couldn't ask mages to try curing it in time, was curious to see what it would do :sweat:

anyone else ever seen this happen before? :sweat:

I haven't seen that happen, but I have seen something equally unusual.

I was leveling my summoner and every now and then, when I casted Cure II, I'd randomly see: "Cover! Kiyone begins casting Cure II on YYY"

Cover is PLD ability There should be something wrong :sweat:, Maybe awn was using Balmung or Lockheart? they got additional effect:Dispel

Someone grab a rdm and go to eldieme to try dispelling lost souls.

In regards to Awntan's pic...

It's a good thing he didn't post it on April 1st or I would have dismissed it as an April Fool's joke. It appears that the dispel proc on his weapon erased the "dead" (KO) status of the monster. Does this mean that undead monsters are literally dead all the time?

My guess is that 戦闘�能 (KO) status enables them to take damage from Cure spells.
