HNM linkshells...

How does this work? I'm hoping to make an HNM in the far future, but just wanted a rought idea.

Things like party balance, and mainly how are profits split? I know you sell the drops, but how can you determine who gets more?
I wouldnt want to be the guy who has been to every hunt and get equal amount as those who only been to a few.

I read an old thread on BandOfTheHawk situation and there was an interesting GP system, which i'm still not sure of how it works.

what we did in our LS(not really a HNM LS) was kill the monster, and split the loot evenly among all who participated. Im sure there is some much better way to do it. But we are inexperienced.
