you'll need to bring up the JP icon in your language bar first. then expand it out. right click on it and make sure you tick "additional icon in task bar" and you'll see 4-5 little icons appearing to the right side of the [JP]
now depending on the language setting of your windows, when you move your mouse over those icons it will have a little pop up telling you what it is.
the one you need is the "Tool (JP: ƒc?[ƒ‹)"
click on it, you see more options to choose from. pick the "Dictionary Tool (JP: you'll see [T] at the end of it)"
that will open a new window. Go to menu on the top "Tool > Import Text File"
JP: ƒc?[ƒ‹(T) >> ƒeƒLƒXƒtƒ@ƒCƒ‹‚©‚ç?E?E?E(T)
And browse to your kaomoji text.
that's it.
once you know how to do it you can even edit your kaomoji text to have your custom face.
