Kind of like how, before the patch, you could equip a shield and a spear, as long as the spear had "Added effect with battery" on it.Comment

That's a Combat Casters Cloak +2. I've seen 1 person on midgard with it. I guess it gets rid of the cannot equip headgear effectRamzus/Ramsus -Retired
