Allso I've got a problem with my ATI RadeOn 9700 Pro TV-OUT. I see only black and white when I look at the tv and it doesn't show any movies when I play them on my computer(it doesn't show any movies on the tv but it shows on the computer). Can you help me allso with this?
Are you running the signal through a VCR before your TV? It really sounds as if it's the copy protection functions of the card/computer (i.e. so you don't copy DVDs to tape or anything). They can't block out the signal completly, but they make it really annoying to watch. When I was running the TV out through a VCR, it would fade from color to black & white about every 10 seconds.
2 ghz is good enough. Video card upgrade and maybe a total of 768 or 1024 ram. Need to check which type of ram your motherboard needs, clockspeed-wise.
For some reason it's not letting me install the benchmark, it gives me an error thats reads by the following...
1152:
C:\DOCUME~1...blah...blah... for Windos - I- t- B- V -----x - ^ _-_[ - N-... and so forth, its just non-sense. I had run the bench mark on this comp before and I scored about 2,000. That was before I got my new video card, I'm using an ATI Radeon 8700 LE.
