FYI, Yaggerbad doesn't need to even attack. I think a dragon simply turning up will make most people crap themselves. That and telling the dragon it's fine to eat said people if they don't cooperate.

I think Fly would find it hilarious anyway, he does seem the chaotic type after all.

Raydeus the Malcontent. It has a nice ring to it. Perhaps I'll make him the town crier. Or drunkard? I haven't decided.

Better yet... I could always have him tied to a stake outside of the city and set up as a sacrifice to Yaggerbad. A dragon's gotta eat, you know.

I'm curious how the party would react to that. A human sacrifice to a Steel Dragon in the form of Raydeus. Do you save him or let him die?

I'd cast Sanctuary on Ray and hope for the best. I'm sure Yaggerbad can overcome the Will save against a 1st level spell though.

I don't drink, so maybe he can be a city guard with a Yari and a Japanese Bow (Chousokabe). But, considering how overpowered the name Raydeus is you need to make him extremely weak or you run the risk of him actually killing the Dragon.

You guys are so off topic. There hasn't been a D&D-related comic or media in here since page one, and most of those were from what is now the general discussion thread.

To be fair, there's only a handful of people in this sub-board, D&D comics are hard to come by (except when the entire comic is a D&D game), and I'd rather have these side discussions cluttering up these threads than the General Discussion thread which is where most of our campaign discussion and rule questions go.

How I picture the NAW:
