To be fair given that I rolled another 2 for HP I'm probably going to end up dead again anyway regardless of what you do.
My character will kill himself trying to get to you if you fall. He'll literally Bull Rush, Charge, Trip and Grapple until he's reached you or he dies. There's been too many deaths and close calls already.
Thank God for that. We need all the help we can get.
Also, I just read the description of Lay on Hands and Kalad should be able to heal 2d6 of damage 2 times + his CHR modifier at level 5. He can also use it on himself as a Swift Action. I find it puzzling that he hasn't used it even once.
Yeah my HP was never going to be great anyway given that I have an Elf's Constitution but I think I only ever rolled well on HP once and that was for a Wizard level
Also that means I get my spellcaster levels back which means my buffs last for longer:
Also I don't want to use up all of the uses of that Jump Scroll unless we need to. I'd like to save the last charge and copy it to my spellbook before we use it.

We don't have a "spellbook." We have access to all the spells, we just pick which ones we want to cast and memorize them.
In other words... Im letting Wizards keep their enormous pool of spell choices but allow them to remember and cast spells like Sorcerers.
In all reality, Mezlo... consider yourself lucky that I'm not playing Wizard as they should be played. You'd be lugging around a big huge spell book, collecting components to cast spells, paying money for various ingredients, spending hours a day writing spells down in your book and forcing you to pick only 1 school of magic to specialize in.
I threw all of that out because I was happy that someone wanted to be a Wizard. So maybe now you understand the frustration that I have with you primarily using a crossbow. I did away with all the stuff that makes Wizard a hard class to suffer through and yet you don't even cast spells unless they augment your Crossbow or your ability to use a crossbow.
The occasional Fire-based spells aside, you don't actually take advantage of the fact that the way I let wizards work is OP all on its own.

Please, please, please, stop being frustrated by the way I play my character. I don't know what else I can say, or do, or how much more pleading I need to do. For the love of god, please realize this is a roll playing game and we play our characters the way we want to play our characters. It really sounds like you wanted to play wizard in a campaign and never got to, so you are being overly critical on everything i do, trying to project the way you would play a wizard and that's really not fair. I mean Jesus Christ man, there's such thing as putting in your 2 cents and providing helpful input, much like Fire has done, thank you Fire, but all you do is critcize, and in a non-productful manner. It's like you have some sort of chip on your shoulder or something and I'm not understanding where it's coming from. My character is designed as a DD, and as Cid pointed out last session, i think you were walking the dog, I'm at the top of the list when it comes to most damage dealt. Jarre's up there with me, but... The only thing you keep saying is how in the future I wont be able to stack up with the rest of the DD'ers, you know what, let's see if that time ever comes. I think I've put my character together with a hell of a DD arsenal. (See my post earlier about what my attack rolls and damage rolls will be when i hit level 9, and that's before I ever get my Arcane Archer going.) I love ya man, but please, please, please, GET OFF MY BACK!!!!!
Wait, you are letting WIZARDS act like Sorcs in how they can use spell slots and cast and prepare spells?
WHY THE FUCKING FUCK WAS I NOT INFORMED OF THIS?
No, he's letting them work like Sorcerers in as much as they just remember their spells rather than lugging around a huge spellbook with all of them written down. He's also omitting the part where you have to purchase a metric fuckton of spell components.
You're not getting to spontaneously decide which spell to cast at any given moment, you still have to prep X instances of Magic Missle and Mage Armor.
