I don't remember any climbing checks being made to get him to the top. It was my assumption that we ended mid-plan. He's up there? Was I drinking that much? I mean I'll believe it, but I don't remember it.
Here's what went down:
* We devised a plan to cause a commotion and try to draw any goblins in the next room into the current room
* Kalad pointed out that the next room has The Nexus, and that we must secure it as quickly as possible. He also pointed out that it's the last entry point into the city, so we risk being overrun if we stay on the defensive.
* We asked Kalad about the layout of the next room.
* We spent like 15 minutes trying to figure out how to take a shortcut up, since I'm out of healing spells and we can't keep fighting much longer.
* Firewind reminded us we have a scroll of Jump. You dismissed it by pointing out that the platform in the middle is 40 feet up.
* I convinced you it was possible for Lily to make the jump if Enlarged Theron and Jarre gave her a boost, since:
** Lily is super light (this sparked a side discussion with you about how Lily can't possibly be shorter than 6 feet.)
** Enlarged Theron and Jarre both have 16 STR
** Her jump distance is reduced thanks to the jump starting from our hands.
** Her jump distance is reduced by her height since she only needs to grab the ledge with her hands.
** I gave her my Mask of Second Chances in case she botched the first Acrobatics roll.
* We gave Lily the Immovable Rod so she can lower a rope from the platform. She made the jump without needing the mask.
You ended the session after she made the jump, since it was late. We haven't started climbing yet (in fact, I don't think Lily's had a chance to lower the rope.) I think Mezlo had already started heading for the stairs.
It's too bad, you probably don't remember the plan Cid came up with before Firewind brought up the scroll of Jump. It involved creating a sort of harness around the Immovable Rod that, when shot as an arrow from Cid's bow, would trigger the Immovable Rod's button on impact. He wanted to shoot it at the platform.
That sounds like something I would have shot down... although I likely would have heard him out until he was done explaining everything down to the last unlikely detail.

You were too drunk to understand the contraption with words, so you let him draw a diagram for us.
I remember Jarre brought up his collapsible ladder at some point in the discussion as well. Fun times.
If I remember correctly we decided that with Cid's plan we wouldn't be able to get such a device rigged up in time. Plus I think Cid immediately approved of throwing an Elf, potentially towards a bunch of angry enemies.
Also when we went through with the plan I specifically asked: "Do I need to make any rolls?" and you said no
EDIT: I did also specifically state I checked the ceiling when I used my periscope to perception the room through the rooms so I at least would have been the huge wall anyway.
It seems Mage Hand would've done the trick. The range is 25 ft + 5 per 2 levels. Mezlo could've sat on someone's shoulders (or climbed Jarre's collapsible ladder) and gotten the immovable rod the required 40 feet upwards.

Cid should post the diagram he drew us.
I should draw a better diagram first. I'm reasonably certain such a device could be rigged up in real life, but as Fire mentioned it probably would have taken more time to create properly than we had time to spare.
Oh we could have Jury-Rigged it but I don't think we could have gotten it to reliably deploy given how hastily made it would need to be.
Also another question for Yyg:
The reason you let me level up last session was because I was only 80XP from levelling after the last encounter (Cid levelled with the XP we did get, I have no idea why Mezlo thinks he levelled since he's behind Armando) and you just let me have it. Anywayhere is the question: What happens with my level up stuff since I'm getting more spell slots and more spells per day and more skill points? What also happens to Cid's level up since he's getting more BAB, skill points and a talent? Mezlo I can understand you preventing a level up for since he won't level until after this fight (assuming it gives him enough XP) but what happens to Cid and myself?
Also I updated my sheet on the Saturday night and I honestly can't remember what spells I actually had prepared. I think I had Gravity Bow, Grease, Mage Armour and Shield prepped and had all but Gravity Bow cast.

For now, just try and recall what spells you had that were unused and set them back.
In the future... to avoid confusion like this from happening again... I'm going to treat leveling up like they did back in Elder Scrolls: Morrowind and Oblivion. You don't get to level up until you rest. For now... wing it with what your stats used to be and wait to level up until the conclusion of the fight with Tusk.
Yyg, you were good until you hit the scotch, despite your claim that you were "taking this to another level" by tapping into the bottle of scotch. Next time, just stick with the beer and you'll be good. Whenever you try and "take this to another level" that's when you get in trouble.
I've already updated my character sheet, but I remember what I had left, so we'll be good. What I wanted to do was cast Haste prior to running in. I had no idea how OMGWTF haste is in Pathfinder... I found out yesterday while reading up on spells. Haste at 6th level will last 6 rounds, well that's kind of meh, but being able to shoot 4 bolts with possible damage if all 4 hit of 28 min - 72 max is fucking awesome. Oh, and the key detail i read yesterday, it can be cast on 6 people (1 person per level) as long as we are within 30 feet of each other... to me, hasting our entire party for 6 turns is pretty fucking awesome...
