A high WIS with a low CHA is the equivalent of a Philosopher. They're wise and worldly and typically have deep insights into complex theories... but their studies and meditations are typically done alone. As a result... they suffer from being socially estranged and have a difficult time holding a conversation with an "average" person.
If your CHA is low enough, you might actually tend to talk down to people without knowing it... making you seem like a bit of a pompous asshole even if it's not intentional.

Given that you're a cleric... think of it this way.
Think of the last time you held a conversation with a Born Again Christian or an otherwise Single-minded religious person. They have a lot of insight and can sure interpret the meanings of their respective faith... but you just cant help but kinda hate them.
