OK, so... F halfling with the new Pathfinder rules...

Name: Mez
Race: Human
Class: Wizard
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

STR: 10
DEX: 18 (with the +2 human bonus)
CON: 10
INT: 16
WIS: 10
CHA: 10

Skills: Appraise, Use magic device, Spellcraft, Disable device (or do i not need this because rogues are getting it?), sleight of hand, knowledge: arcana

Feats: Point blank shot, Rapid reload (I hate i need to use this as a feat, but i can't handle reloading taking an entire action round...)

Equipment:
Heavy Crossbow
50 bolts
Dagger

Specialize is Evocation
2 Schools i get penalty in are Necromancy and Conjuration

NO familiar, but a bound item, a ring that lets me cast any spell i know once a day.

I get 3 level 0 spells and 2 level one spells and an extra 1 in evocation currently. The 6 spells (3 spells +3 from my int modifier) I know are:

Shield
Charm Person
Sleep
Magic missle
Featherfall
Identify

Seeing as how he's trying to apply the human racial bonus to a halfling, I'm chalking this up to general confusion over the character creation process.

Actually it says "F halfling", which I interpreted to mean "female halfling" and then I saw the human bonus and stuck my foot in my mouth. My apologies.

Min/Maxing. It's not really cheating the system... and I certainly won't try and talk you out of it... but it's always a funny mental image.

Also... those stats would work perfectly for a Rogue too. It's funny how you're turning a Wizard into a long range battle class.

I always play a Halfling. It's just fun to be tiny and punishing. That's exactly why I've opted for Tarutaru and Lalafell.

Also... It's funny how you're turning a Wizard into a long range battle class.

Wizards a squishy and are long range. I'm devising a character that can be a wizard, but can still be a great DD'er when I run out of spells. Hey! Guess what?! 3 spells to use for an entire fucking day?!?! That's 3 rounds of combat if i chose to use all of them on combat spells, which I dont want to HAVE to do. By having another way to deal damage in combat, I can use my spells for a non-combat use. Hence identify and featherfall...
