Special Note: I've altered my Campaign a little. I've made no changes to things you have all written in stone... but as for future events and locations... I've changed some things.
Don't look back on my old campaign description for Geographic locations anymore... and throw out the idea of a war between 2 kingdoms. I read back through my campaign plot line (from almost 6 years ago) and I'm seeing a few too many parallels with FF Tactics. War of the Lions blah blah blah.
As a result, I've decided to re-work the main story in a way that will have no effect on the game thus far. I mean... you haven't interacted with anyone important yet anyway... besides the Duke... and even then it was vicariously through the Guard Captain.
It didn't take much to make it work from another angle... and I'm ironing out the details now. I'll have everything well in order by tomorrow.
Right now, the Map I've got posted above is a work in progress. Anything currently on it is permanent, however I'll be adding known landmarks between now and the next session. As stated earlier in response to Armando, the world is round and this is it in it's entirety. Much of the surface is inhabited... with the exception of a few outlying lands.
Travel is possible across expanses of water via Charter Boat, Private Boat or Cargo Ship. There is no form of Air travel nor will one be implemented beyond the limitations of the spells "Levitate" and "Fly".
Despite my removal of the "Warring Kingdoms" plot line... the use/abuse of Magic beyond its more simplistic and practical applications is still largely unheard of. It would be known to people that magic exists in the world... but a good many will have never seen a spell cast in person.
I've established the hierarchy that governs the main continent and its provinces. I just have to populate the realms of the humanoids and ill have everything set.
