For November 2013 in USA:

PS4: Over 1M (per Sony's PR), rumored to be 1.138M
Xbox One: 909,132 (per Geoff Keighley of GameTrailers)
3DS: 770K
360: 647K
PS3: 424K
Wii U: 220K
Vita: 72K
Wii: 70K

Looks like PS4 is severely supply-constrained still and sells out more or less instantly.
Xbox One is also supply-constrained, but does not sell out as fast as PS4.
Wii U... sorry, Nintendo. Better luck next time?
PS Vita: Pack it in Sony, this thing is dead (even though I love mine to pieces).

NPD coverage only applies to USA.

PS4 at 2.1M was worldwide as of Dec. 2. Insiders are claiming Sony is producing about 600K units per week, and launched in Asia yesterday with 500K units, so the PS4 numbers are likely much closer to 3M now. Microsoft for their part are likely to be closer to 2.5M shipped by now, and both will definitely be above 3M shipped by year's end worldwide.

Hm, I just checked my math and something doesn't add up. There's no way Sony's producing 2M+ units a month. Looking again, seems more like 1.2M a month (300K a week) which would be reasonable considering they have two production facilities (one at Foxconn in China, one at their own facilities in Japan).

Still a huge number though. Sony's on the record stating they want to reach 5M sold by March. Early signs indicate they'll have no problem beating that estimate.
