Hmm, you know, much as I resent Activison, I have to agree that EA is more evil than they are, even if I like some of their studios (and wish DICE & Visceral could break away from them but that's not happening... and shame on Insomniac @_@ )
Technically, even though Kotick really is the Devil (with the attitude towards games to match) his company technically is just giving the public want they appear to want; Folks like myself are the vocal minority, wanting to see real changes made to things (like Dedicated Servers so CoD doesn't have such spotty hit detection) that we know aren't likely to happen ever, because too many people buy up their shit year in and year out for whatever reasons (and yes, I know I've been a part of that problem though not willfully so let's not rehash that alright?)
MS has *always* been pure evil, much as I love Halo. I was willing (and did) tolerate XBL for the 360, but that shit ain't gonna fly a 2nd time.
Really every placement on there is spot on. I'm amazed Zynga's even in business still quite frankly.
I would put Paradox Interactive (Anti-DRM and are fully Digital Distribution to give the middle finger to publishers, distributors and retailers, fully support fanmade mods and fan expanions and the like) or Stardock Software (posted an article on their website stating how they felt that using DRM was bad customer relations and how they intended to abstain from adding DRM to any of their titles) at Chaotic Good.
If anything Rockstar, with all of the DRM stacked on DRM, and flat out horribleness of their PC ports, as well as them not giving a fuck about said ports screwing over the fanbase. should put them down in Neutral Evil at least. Remember that GTA IV is only one of three games that Valve have ever allowed Steam purchase refunds for.
Also StarForce should be Chaotic Evil. You know how I said that Sratdock Software said they are not using DRM, precisely because of SecuROM? StarForce responded by publishing torrent links to Stardock's games. That's right, they actively aided people in pirating the games of a company who refused to use their product. Whatever your feelings about piracy, to do something like that against a company who refuses to use your product out of a desire to please their customers just to teach some kind of warped lesson smacks of pettiness and selfishness and is a textbook example of D&D's definition of "Evil".
I actually would flip Zynga and Activision. I hate what Activision does, but they're entitled to do so. Zynga, on the other hand, is outright sleazy as hell. They will outright copy and plagiarize other successful games just because they can get away with it in search of the almighty dollar. Activision may be the cash-in king, but they generally try to keep their noses clean in that respect.
I'd also remove Blizzard and put in Ubisoft in the Lawful Neutral position.

Icemage
That would require UbiSoft to have polished games and no DRM. Neither they or Blizzard really work there.

Starcraft says hi? The colossal F up of Diablo 3 aside, SC2 is going quite strong and the big lasting allure is MP anyway, so the online requirement isn't that big a deal. And WoW is just so stupidly successful and by nature is online anyway so... yeah.
Ubisoft has no excuse though. I'm still pissed at them for utterly fucking up one of my most beloved series (HoM&M) - God how I miss 3DO...

Of their three active IPs, one of them is in shambles, still doesn't have all the features it was supposed to launch with, and just last month they managed to bork it with a poorly tested patch. You can't say they reliably produce well-polished games anymore when 25% of their releases in the past three years have been that.
