Yeah the lack of a PC version has me stumped as well.

It's more of a borderlands experience I think than a true MMO; It's a persistent world yes, but you can choose to play solo or multi-player and you don't really go to towns or other major hubs where there are literally hundreds of players.

I'm gonna wait for more details but I'm loving what I've seen & read so far. The fact that it's NOT subscription based is a big plus for me, as if I had to choose between this and FFXIV, FF would win.

Any differences in execution are inconsequential. The Diablo/Borderlands experience is the essence of an MMO - an addiction to randomly-dropped loot and tweaking your character's numbers. Pick any open-ended game with a stat system and you'll find that at its core.

It looks interesting but I'm not sure if I really will play it much. I'm not really into the Diablo style MMO (Though I did like Torchlight. A lot).
