    Why would you need more than 5 substitutions? If you need more than that, learn to block instead of mashing the attack button all day long.

    The above where I bolded is exactly what I wanted IN Generations. Now that they have put it in, it will make the game worth wild. But that doesn't go to say people won't use rush down tactics to beat you down and end the fight will provoke serious-temporary turtling. The thing I didn't like in UNS 2 was the overpowered ultimate forms.

    Itachi's Susanoo for instance.

    Blocked all projectiles (Good)
    Hit Speed was moderate (Good)
    Could send Amateratsu out at the same time (Broken)
    Could use Fireball Jutsu & Amaterasu (Broken)

    Those two things I did not like. If you go into Awakening you should YES gain great power, but eliminate your base moveset for specials. Or replace them.

    For instance Killer Bee was an excellent example of how an Awakening should've gone. Not too overpowered unless you got trapped or wasn't smart enough to dodge.

    The only other thing I didn't like was Naruto's Kyuubi form (Non-skeletal) Chakra Barrage was very overpowered and easily spammable. If anything using those attacks should've

    A) Eaten up Chakra (Which they did)
    B) Shortens the timer on Awakening by miliseconds each time they're used.

      I still don't get the dislike for rushdown. Aside from a small handful of ranged characters like Tenten and Daidara, and a few proxy fighters like Chiyo, pretty much everyone in NS:UNS is designed as some variant of rushdown character. If you hate rushdown tactics, you're looking in entirely the wrong place. Most of UNS revolves around it, or countering it.

      Also: Expecting game balance from a licensed anime game is a bit much, no? It's about fanservice and playability, not min-maxing every single character for balance.

        I know this. I've been playing Ultimate Ninja since the PS2 release. The first full 3D release was on PS3, this much I know. Then UNS2 for both consoles. Now we're up to 3. I'm used to the rushdown, but it might be because I've had bad ONLINE experiences, which is why I am bitching so much. Just take it with a grain of salt I guess.
