There's 3 Worlds.

The Overworld - Where you start
The Nether - Requires 4 by 6 of Obisidian to build
The End - Ender Dragon and....reqires Ender Eyes to make.

You can glitch out of The Nether using boats.

The void's the area under each world, in the negative Y coordinates. I was asking if you meant getting into the Void under the Nether, because I can't imagine what you mean by getting "out" of the Nether.

Yeah. You do it in The Nether. There is a video floating around on youtube for it. The glitch itself is silly since you can't do anything once your out.
